We well remember, as a child, rising at some godawful hour because we HAD to watch the American "Dream Team", led by Mike Erusione, win Olympic Gold (for those unaware of the hockey Dream Team or our "hockey before life" upbringing, they were the ragtag team in 1980 that took gold against all odds and the Russians.
