Although Big Brown my have crossed the finish line last in the Belmont, he is still an amazing horse. His heart is undeniable.I discovered in making this video that it is not easy to make a good tribute in only two minutes, and I hope I did the horse justice.I do not blame Kent Desormeaux at all for Big Brown's loss, and I commend him for pulling him up when he knew something was amiss. Every racehorse has their bad days, Big Brown's just happened to be the day of the Belmont. So thank you Kent, for preventing what could have ended in disaster and taking care to ensure that Big Brown came home safely.
