Dozens of Amazon users have given Spore 1-star ratings because of it's aggressive DRM. The game's average review is now around 2-stars. Are users acting in concert as a centrally organized boycott, or are the ratings a natural market-based reaction that proves DRM is an "anti-feature"?

On September 23rd, Moore will be releasing his new film Slacker Uprising as a free download on the internet for anyone in the U.S. and Canada who registers at slackeruprising.com. Considering the film was produced at a cost $2 million, I would say that’s quite a gift to the country.

Shilo, a rescued golden retriever, has written a book based on his e-mails to his 'net buddy, Max. This is a humorous and touching book, "E-mails From Shilo." Has quite a bit of lore of the ancient wolves and how dogs came to be, all from a dog's perspective. Shilo also has a mentor, Sammy, that acts as his personal psychologist.
