City and Colour is an acoustic side project fronted by Dallas Green, the lead singer and guitarist for the Canadian hardcore rock band Alexisonfire. I was first introduced to Green as the lead vocalist on the Neverending White Lights hit single, “The Grace”, and found his voice to be so soothing that I decided to explore what else he had to offer.

This post-hardcore group was born in 2001 in Ontario, Canada. Vocalist - George Pettit, guitarist/vocalists - Dallas Green and Wade MacNeil, bassist - Steele and drummer Jesse Ingelevics. The first album named under the group name was very successful.
