Considered the greatest thief alive, is said to have stolen from the hands of god but, quite understandably, the fact never had any eye witnesses. Unfortunately for him, not only people tend to run into him a lot, but his power only works when he's naked (it's that or the annoying effect of a bunch of clothes floating in the air).
