World of Warcraft nerd talks

I am actually a player of the game, but people who take it too seriously need to be shot.Roleplay capital is on my server, I play Horde which is completely PvE, but alliance wastes their time doing something called "roleplay" making them gayer than ever.In other words, Drew Pickles accidentally flashes his cock as the paparazzi stalks him and his limo.

unloco - Face Down 1

Hi! Those of you who were familiar with, and who can possibly remember, seems soo long ago, my infamous unloco e-mailing list emails will love my channel! Especially you Aaron S! Those of you who don't don't so enjoy and thanks for browsing! This is our first video! A cool dude named Lester Lama shot it all by his lonesome with one camera in Austin, TX. It was very exciting to be in front of the camera knowing that in all intents and purposes the footy could/should be aired on such fine global powerhouse music industry television channels as MTV, Fuse/Much, and VH1! I mean come on we used Maverick Records. Why our videos/songs hardly ever received airtime puzzled me. At my young age I mistakenly thought that once you signed to a label you sold records. There were no ifs. There were no ands. And there certainly were no buts. Come to find out 99.999% of the label that "works for you" consist of peeps repeating those three words till they're blue in the face and then poof, like Kyser Sosay in the night, they are gone. Those are not birds...those are bats and that is bat-ass. I led my woman on a joyous picnicking adventure right after we moved to Austin together. We unknowingly walked under the Congress Ave. bridge right as oh I don't know 10,000 or so freaky vampire bats started to take flight in the nightly feeding ritual. We thought, "wow, look at all of those birds! Cool!". Hundreds of peeps show up at this place every evening to basque in the bat-assness. We get about halfway through the underpass and I'm wondering a) why are there so many people out here taking pictures of stupid birds when the Texas State Capital is like a half mile away? and b) why is everyone looking at us and laughing? Is there a stain on my trousers? Perhaps my ladys' dress is scuffled? Finally it hits me. After we get through and get a few hundred feet away from bat central I tell my girl what we had unknowingly accomplished. We ate snacks and frolicked in revelry. We walked over the bridge to get back to the car. Duh, there are bats under it! And that's bat-ass too.Maverick Records was interested at this point, they sent us Lester Lama. However, I can't remember if we had signed our lives away yet or not. Everyone told us not to sign that contract. And I mean everyone. Our "Lawyer" said it was the absolute worst deal he had EVER seen in his whole life. Someone, I don't know who, gave us a deadline...sign it by midnight or there ain't no contract. I remember sitting up there in Joey and Victors office building contemplating until 11:59. I also remember having a hard (unhard) time having sex with girlfriend that night. Free your mind don't happen all the easy once pen meets paper. Been gun shy of contracts ever since. The club scenes were filmed at The Backroom which is no longer. MC Truth booked us there and he was The Backroom if you ask me. A good man, one of the finest I ever have met. When we first started playing The Backroom it was in front of a handful of peeps, just a few short months later we were selling that mother out with help from other bat-ass Austin bands like Mumbletypeg, Shovelnose and MC Truths' RubberHed. We all practiced at the same rehearsal studio called The Music Lab. Excellent staff! I wondered down to the last door at the end of a long dark hallway at the Music Lab one cold December night after unloco practice and slid into Mumbletypegs' studio. A few things stood out. First they were so loud my eyeballs were shaking seismically, second they were so loud a few of my fillings from my cavities in my teeth actually fell out onto the once cream colored now totally black colored carpet, and third, and most interesting, they had a huge painting of the last supper, that famous image of a profit named Jesus Christ eating his "last meal" with his peeps, with the words, "Christ Rocks For Mumbletypeg" with an adjoining pentagram scratched into it in big blood red letters. This is Mumbletypegs' World, I thought to my self, I just happen to live in it. I jerked around with a little guitar part in my apartment that I shared with my best friend Myke Bingham (Split Christy, Peepin' Tom, Near Miss) and I really liked it, so I brought it to practice that night and we all worked it into something we liked and poof, unloco - Face Down. We had a cool deal in unloco, we split "it" all up evenly between us, like U2. If it's good for Bono it's good for me I told Pete. The "NICE" shirt that I have donned in the club scenes was made by an unloco fan named Betsy. She also made me a shirt that said "sXe" and for the longest time I thought that meant sexy, come to find out it stands for Straight Edge...which by definition I was however, I did not give my actions and choices a name. Never did until I met a man by the name John Feldmann. That which you define yourself to be comes to define you. While, what you need to define is the moment. Otherwise the moment will define you and you don't have no say at all.

This video combines Soul Capital concert footage and photos to compliment the laid back style of the song. Want to download some of Soul Capital's music for free? Check them out at: thesixtyone.com/soulcapital or myspace.com/soulcapital************** About Soul Capital *************Soul Capital is a dynamic hip-hop duo based out of New Orleans, LA, combining exciting and intelligent lyricism with non-stop beats that keep the crowd moving. The group, comprised of MC, Ben Brubaker, and DJ Miles Felix, brings together the best of both worlds; the traditional and the innovative, old school flavor with a new school twist, positive lyricism with a street edge. Ben has been writing songs, recording albums and performing live for almost 7 years now, despite being only 23 years old. Ben has built up a steady fan base by word of mouth, ranging from high school & college crowds to young professionals. DJ Miles Felix, at age 19, is one of the youngest DJ's to hit the New Orleans scene in years, and the New Orleans crowd has quickly recognized his talent as a DJ, Producer and musician. While Miles DJ's weekly at local New Orleans clubs like the Palms, Grits, and others, his beat production skills have brought him the most notoriety, earning him the reputation as a production "prodigy". Soul Capital has performed live at venues such as Tipitina's, the Howlin Wolf, and the House of Blues, performing with artists such as the Rebirth Brass Band, Lyrics Born, Raw Dizzy (Lil' Wayne's former Young Money artist) and more. Soul Capital has released a successful mixtape featuring singles such as "Cool Like That" and "They Say, I Love It", which have already begun to see radio play on WTUL 91.5 FM, CrescentCityRadio.com and Big Boot Radio. Soul Capital has recently performed at Tulane University and the University of New Orleans, helping to solidify a strong college-age following within New Orleans. Most recently, Soul Capital had three of their songs featured on the Flytracks Crew mixtape, "Promotional Use Only", with high profile artists Lil Wayne, Willie the Kid (DJ Drama's artist), Raw DIzzy, Raj Smoove, the Show, K. Gates and more. Brubaker and Felix hope to continue their success so far and take it to the next level with their upcoming, self-titled album debut. Brubaker and Felix currently work overtime with DJ Raj Smoove and the Flytracks Crew, working for artists such as Lupe Fiasco, B.G., Juvenile, and many more. Raj Smoove has already begun to take DJ Felix under his wing, helping him to develop into a well rounded DJ/ Producer/ Engineer, while Brubaker continues to develop his lyrical abilities. Soul Capital has the talent and the drive to do anything they want to do, however, they also have a different side them; the philosophical side of Soul Capital. The group's name, Soul Capital, represents a new approach to life, music and business, finding balance despite the various tensions between the underground and the mainstream. Their motto, "Dollars and Sense, Dollars and Change", says it all; when they finally do "make it", they vow to never forget why or where they started.www.myspace.com/soulcapital
