I picked out a random shirt and layed it on the bed. I hurriedly stripped and slipped on Joe's shirt. I turned off the light as I hopped out of the room, knocking something glass down and breaking it just as I got into the living room. Then I fell on top of it. It cut my leg up pretty bad. I felt blood but couldn't get up. I just layed there.??? - What happened? I heard a crash and something break." This voice was velvety voice next to me. I couldn't see because my eyes hadn't adjusted yet. There was no concern for me in his voice, only curiosity.Serena - Joe, just... just..." I stopped talking I didn't feel like talking to him.Joe - Serena? For pete's sake Serena talk!" He yelled at meSerena- "Fine! Take me to the sink or a tub or something. My leg burns like hell! And did you ever think I just don't wanna talk to you cuz something might accidentally said? something I don't wanna tell you??" I shouted back.Joe just picked me up and carried me to the kitchen, setting me on the counter and turning on the light so it was dim. He walked back over to me and glanced at my leg. Joe - "What might escape your lips?? huh? That your like seriously in love with me? Ya right!!" I didn't answer right away. He had no idea how true his statement really was.Serena - "Jerk!" I said to him. I looked at my leg and winced. "Holy shit Joe help me clean up my leg!!" This was shouted. My leg was pulsing with blood. Joe went and got the first aid kit. When he returned he told me to put my leg into the sink, but I couldn't move it. He walked over and gently picked up my leg, lifting it into the sink for me.
