I know I have been a bit delayed in giving out my awards to some of these contests, and part of the problem is contests like this where there are a ton of great entries:We had two entries from Racel190283, one of which was her fanvid which is very well matched to the lyrics and a good overview of the show and the other was "You got the love (re edited)" a great short action videoBriarLakeTrustNoOne submitted "no more sorrow" a wonderful action video that incorporates moments not only from the full run of the show, but also the trailer for the upcoming movie.TBagEdge submitted a great action oriented full history of the character of Krycek - just amazing.Nataloa84 submitted "So-Called Chaos" a wonderfully edited dedication to not only the action of the show but also the mundane moments as well, and it is complete with a final monologue by CSM on life being like a box of chocolates.Kasricha submitted a fun Mulder action video, based on a hard day at the office for our favorite G-manCjssweetie submitted a shippy action video about Scully's hero: MulderAnd DesertStorm494 perfectly matched the lyrics of a hard-hitting Meatloaf song on "Bat Out of Hell"However, based on the comments and messages I received the winners were:FIRST PLACE -- laglis' amazing "how far we've come" complete with introduction using the great bar scene from the first movie and the video is just a wonderful overview of the entire showSECOND PLACE -- requiemx43's "Prologue -- Mulder + Scully / Romeo + Juliet" for its cross-genre, amazing, ability to combine these two stories and take our breath away.THIRD PLACE -- Chellea's "X-Files Action Video" a wonderful video that is both hard-hitting, but also succeeds in slowing down for a beautiful slow classical interlude in the middle and then pick right back up again as a great action video.HONORABLE MENTION -- vicariously23 for "The X-Files: The Kill" an angsty, absolute perfectly edited video about Mulder's descent into madness based on biogenesis and 6th extinctionThank you so much to absolutely everyone who entered!!!
