Chapter 13The next morning Nick, Kevin, and Frankie are awake downstairs. They are trying to figure out how to cool breakfast since Demi isn't up yet. Joe and Demi are awake but talking in bed.Demi: So, have you thought about baby names?Joe: Not really. Your better at that.Demi: I was thinking Elizabeth if its a girl and Jason if its a boy.Joe: Elizabeth Jonas and Jason Jonas. I like that!Demi: I think it depends on what we think after he or she is born. Cause we might change our minds.Joe: Yeah.Kevin knocks on the door.Demi: come in!Kevin: Hey, how do you cook pancakes?Demi: *laughs* Umm...I'll be down in a sec.kevin: You can just tell me.Demi: There is a box in the cabinet above the microwave with pancake mix in it. Read the instructions on the side.Kevin: Thanks. *leaves*Demi: You guys are hopeless.Joe: We don't care about how you cook it. We just want to eat it.Demi: *laughs* true. Ok, I guess I will take a bath.Joe: Ok. *smiles* Do you need help undressing? *puppy dog face*Demi: *laughs* No! *slowly starts to get up*Joe: so the doctor said you can get up for??Demi: 2 hours a day at the most. She said to not stand all at once. Joe: Ok. I guess I will go downstairs. Call me if you change your mind about the offer. *smiles and kisses her*Joe goes downstairs. Kevin and Nick are still trying to figure out how to cook breakfast. Frankie gave up and is now in his room.Nick: So, what did you and demi do last night? I heard lots of giggles.Kevin: Shut up! *goes to hit him with the frying pan but thinks better of it*Joe: We were just having a little fun.Kevin: Uh huh.Nick: I can't believe we didn't figure out she was pregnant sooner. I mean the puking.Kevin: and being dizzyJoe: Yeah, you guys are pretty stupid.Nick: *hits him upside the head* we didn't think you would be stupid and break your promise.Joe: Guys. I am happy I did.Kevin: Outs down the pancake box and stares at him*joe: Come on! I am so happy. I am having a baby. I have the girl of my dreams.Kevin: I still think you could have had that when you were older.Joe: Whatever. You won't understand til you guys become fathers.Kevin: I GIVE UP! *yelling at the pancake box*Demi comes down the stairs. Demi: Hold on. I'll make them.Nick: I thought you were on bed rest.Demi: I am. I can get up for 2 hours a day.Kevin: Thank you! *kisses her forehead in a brotherly way and hands her the box*Later that evening.Demi: Uh oh.Joe: What?Demi: I feel like i'm gonna be sick.Joe: Ok hurry!They run to the bathroom.Kevin: I thought morning sickness happened in the morning.Nick: Actually I read somewhere that it can be any time.Kevin: How do you know that?Nick: I know things.Demi comes in and goes upstairs yelling at Joe.
