If one believes in the Living God of Abraham---whether construed through the perspective of Billy Graham, Menachem Schneerson, Zecharia Sitchin, or others---then one must reach the following two conclusions:1) The Jews have an inalienable right to the biblically defined land of Israel.2) The Jews have an unconditional responsibility to build the Third Temple on the Temple Mount, and to conduct animal sacrifice therein.Though the god of Abraham is the God of all, the Jews have been chosen as primary hosts of the Divine Presence. To those who believe, there can be no task of greater importance than to prepare the dwelling that has been commanded. To affect this outcome, all obstacles must be removed, no matter what consequences arise. Either one believes or one does not believe. Unconditional support for the building of the Temple is the mark of the believers. All else is disbelief or compromised beliefMy personal understanding of that which we call God reflects a cross-referencing of science, history, religious mythology and intuition, for which the works of Zecharia Sitchen serve as a capstone. I view our Creator as a highly evolved empathetic predator of extraterrestrial origins, thus the carnivorous demand for animal sacrifice and the explanation as to why Abel's fleshly sacrifice was more valued than Cain's vegetable sacrifice. This is not to suggest that God is unloving, for predation and empathy go hand in hand, since the cunning hunter imagines himself as the hunted in order to discern behavioral patterns, thereby 'becoming' both hunter and hunted. Such is the birth of omnipotence. I well understand that such a perspective is not palatable to everyone, even as many children are not prepared to view the truth about Santa Claus. So be it. I simply say, rather than expend our energies arguing amongst ourselves, let us use them to enable the Jews to build the Third Temple and see what shows up.

I re-sang this song here, trying to make it better than last year's version both in the audio and in the simplicity of only one image featured, namely, that of a Book of Psalms next to the Rebbe's image. This is an emotional, heartfelt song in English about Moshiach. I don't know who wrote it, so if any of you do, please let me know so I can give credit here in this description. Here are the lyrics:With a Tehillim he sat through the nightPondering deeply into his plightThe Rebbe's image in front of his eyesOh where is Moshiach he criesThree times a day we would have the great ZechusThe Nossi Hador would come Daven with usHow can I live when a Shabbos goes byWithout a Farbrengen he criesOh Rebbe! Oh Rebbe! We need youHashem, Hashem, Kel RachumWe're sick of this galus can't bear any moreWhy can't you open the doorYour children are yearning to be with youHow long can this galus continueBring the Geulah, fulfilling your vowTo bring Moshiach right now
