Democrat Ed Rendell - Fox News is Fair and Balanced

I know that all the Hillary Clinton supporters already know this, but it's worth saying again; Fox News was the only news organization that was fair to Hillary Clinton, and that's a fact.Fox News was being fair to Senator Clinton, while the other networks and newspapers were busy sucking up to barack Obama, some even had a curtain warm sensation running up or down their leg, I don't remember which.I can't wait until they all smell blood, because they'll turn on Obama like a pack of hyenas, he had better watch out.Loyalist: 'Hillary's position ismy position'Pa. delegate says he'll follow wish to support ObamaBy Jean Torkelson, Rocky Mountain News (Contact)Tuesday, August 26, 2008For Hillary loyalists, including Pennsylvania delegate Mike Butera, today looms as poignant, red-letter day. Hillary Rodham Clinton speaks tonight at the convention, and Butera has heard she's planning to hold a reception, likely this afternoon, to thank her delegates from around the country for their support and to urge them to back Obama. The Rocky Mountain News is following the 57-year-old criminal defense attorney and his family — wife, Mary Butera, and 9-year-old son, Peter — as they plunge into the historic week of the 2008 Democratic National Convention.Butera has long said Hillary gets his first ballot vote, and whatever she instructs her delegates to do after that, "Hillary's position is my position." Pennsylvania is a staunch Clinton state and home to the working-class Democrats needed to give the ticket a win in November.Early Monday, Butera attended Pennsylvania's breakfast meeting where the keynote speaker, Gov. Ed Rendell, one of Clinton's toughest and earliest supporters, urged the state's 187 delegates to switch allegiance and get on with the business of winning the election."If you love Hillary, get out there and work your hearts out for Barack," he told the crowd."It's time to take the country back— not in four years— right now!"Butera's region, northeastern Pennsylvania, has turned out to be politically pivotal, with both Clinton and Joe Biden, Obama's running mate, claiming Scranton as part of their childhood roots. The Buteras took time out from politics Monday to go to the Denver Zoo, where an alert ticket-taker spotted Butera's delegate badge and informed the family, "We have Republican elephants, but I'm afraid we don't have any Democratic donkeys."The Democrat family had fun anyway, getting bears to rear up menacingly and helping Peter check out one of his favorite zoo citizens—the orangutans. But politics was never far from the surface. Fox News sought out Butera for an interview to assess whether Hillary delegates would fight.Later, Butera complained to northeastern Pennsylvania radio host Steve Corbett that it was clear "the media is doing every thing they can to stir up controversy. They're hounding Hillary delegates looking for dissension and disappointment."That won't sway Butera — he will support Obama gladly and believes the state's other Hillary supporters are on board, too.Nor is Butera worried over the inevitable Republican chargethat Biden, who first went to Washington36 years ago, is hardly an agent of change and a fresh start. "He's old guard, but he's old Democratic guard, which hasn't been in power for eight years," he said.
