Dame Shirley Bassey will not perform at Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday concert this Friday. The veteran singer is still recovering from the stomach operation she had last month. Doctors have told Dame Shirley, 71, not to travel to London’s Hyde Park from her home in Monaco for the gig.
