These are my two Model 593 Hoover Convertible's, but as you can see, they are NOTHING alike... ;) Heck, if you listen closely, you will even notice, that they don't even sound anything alike either!!!!!!!!!!!! The 593 on the left, is one I Bought off ebay a little while ago and although it looks kinda BAD, it does work quite well actually, so I've been using it as my Daily Driver Convertible and may even do some minor Modifications to it... ;) Now, as for the 593 on the right, well, I Bought that one recently off a GREAT Guy here on YouTube, my Friend Grant Swanborg (AKA- fumetsuno) for only $15, which BTW, included two NEW Packages of Type C Bags (THANKS Grant, I needed those, lol) and as you can all see, this Vintage Machine looks BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX, just like a Hoover Vault Machine, it's truly PERFECT people, inside and out, although, I did actually have to COMPLETELY Dismantle the Motor to not only do a little Cleaning, plus take care of a slight Rattle (which BTW, had NOTHING to do with the Motor, lol, was a Beater/Brush-Roll thing, lol), but figured that since I already had the Motor all apart, lol, that it would be a good time to Oil, plus Grease the Motor and let me tell you, the Carbon Brushes, Armature and Field, not to mention, Motor Bearings, all looked BRAND NEW and totally UN-USED, so I'm not even really sure I needed to do anything with the Motor at all, but oh well, lol, at least I know I'll never have to worry about any Maintenance with this Convertible, at least for a LONG WHILE that is, I HOPE so anyway, lol! Notice though, how when I Power-Up my 593 on the right, that not only does it have a real GROWL to it, but how if you watch carefully, you will see it move forward slightly, lol, almost as if it was ALIVE, lol, but basically, this Machine is so UN-USED, that the Beater/Brush Roll Brushes show NO WEAR AT ALL, they are like BRAND NEW and SUPER LONG, which needless to say, means that yes, this Convertible does Groom the Carpet almost as well, as my Concept 1, maybe even a little better, as I can truly say, this Hoover really SUCKS, LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!BTW, if you watch closely, you will see some of my MANY other Hoover Convertible's, ALL Vintage Metal Base Models I might add, such as my new 719 and Model 33... ;) I have 15 TOTAL Vintage Hoover Convertible's now, so needless to say, you will see A LOT more Videos from me soon, later all and THANKS for watching!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
