In January, a mere two months before the March release in theaters, the much anticipated film Watchmen will head to court. The suit was filed by Fox against Warner Bros., after the latter made the film in what Fox argues was a breach of copyright. At worst, the judge may order that the film not be released, but it's looking like Fox is green eyed.

The Spike Jonze directed Where the Wild Things Are is back on Warner Bros. release schedule. The adaptation of Maurice Sendak's children's book is now set for a release on Oct. 16, 2009 in th US.
