ThermomixKanaal Z - Masterclass17/10/08: Aflevering 4 - Het Gebaar(Deel 2)Gert De Mangeleer liep in Brugge hotelschool en zette zijn eerste professionele stappen in dezelfde stad. Na anderhalf jaar werkervaring bij chef Philippe Serruys in Den Gouden Harynck ging hij aan de slag bij Danny Horseele in restaurant 't Molentje (Zeebrugge) overzag hij gedurende vijf jaar de koude bereidingen en de patisserie keuken. In 2002 verhuisde Gert De Mangeleer naar Hertog Jan dat door wijndeskundige Guido Francque wordt geopend en hij samen met sommelier en collega Joachim Boudens in 2005 overneemt.Naast zijn interpretatie van de klassieke steak bearnaise met frieten brengt Roger ook nog rundtartaar die hij extra hartig serveert door het gebruik van twee jaar oude Parmesaanse kaas. Served with crusty bread. $11.00第一種白酒的比較好吃。這裡的 mussels 口味不錯，不過味道不是很夠，如果妳是重口味的人，可能會覺得他的味道淡了點，mussels 雖然比不上有海產的地方新鮮，不過也還算是不錯了。
