I hate to rain on the Obama Zombie's parade, but this man is just another politician at the best. In fact I would say that he is worse than the typical politician because his political upbringing was in Chicago, the capital of corruption in the United States.If this man is such a reformer, then why did he do absolutely nothing about the corruption in Chicago, even when he had the chance? The reason is simple, if he had tried, then he might have been defeated by the corrupt political machine in Chicago and his political future would have ended. Rush crushed Obama in 2000.But the loss had a silver lining: Obama's supporters included many whites, even from outside the district. That opened up his prospects for statewide office."He learned that he had crossover appeal," said Marty Nesbitt, a Chicago businessman and one of Obama's best friends. "In a statewide race he could get support from the African-American community and the non-African-American community, whereas another African-American might not have the same appeal."Obama also had made a powerful mentor in Emil Jones Jr., the state Senate president. Jones had tapped Obama to manage legislation — including ethics reforms — that Obama still talks about on the campaign trail. Jones' support also was key to building Obama's following enough to win his U.S. Senate seat in 2004."When you see a talented individual, people just want to see how far this person can go," said John Corrigan, a Democratic consultant. He helped Obama redraw his state district lines after the 2000 census in a way that boosted his fundraising prospects. "I just think people saw him destined for something bigger."

Gotcha!!! Hahahahahaha!!!One Man ShowCh. 1About three months had passed. I wound up in Chicago with my cousin, Taylor. Taylor was 20 years old. She had her own apartment in the city where she attended Loyola University. I had talked my mom into letting me spend some time here. I felt awful, leaving her there to go through chemo alone. I called everyday and always apologized. She always told me it was fine and asked why I had left. I always told her I had to go at that point. I actually wasn't totally sure why I had left. I knew the basic concept of the reason why, but....T: BELLS!!!!I rolled my eyes. Taylor was the only person I knew who called me by my middle name, Isabella. She said Emily was too common. I always told her that Taylor was, too.E: YEAH, TAY?!T: HE'S OUT!!!!!!!E: REALLY?!!I sprinted into the living room and jumped down in the seat next to her. The TV was on E! News. Ryan Seacrest was talking.RS: The Jonas Brothers are complete again! Oldest bro, Kevin, had a little talk with me to answer our burning questions.Interview:RS: So, Kevin, we haven't seen Nick in a few months. Is he okay?K: He's actually been in lockdown for the past two months. He stayed in his room and wrote songs. He's come out a changed man.RS: Why has he been on lockdown? K: He's had some relationship problems and just wanted to take some time off. But he's ready to come out.RS: So we will be seeing this changed man you're talking about?K: *sighs* I don't know. RS: So he isn't coming out.K: *mumbling* Not the real him.The TV flicked on to some junk about Brad Pitt. Tay shut the TV off and looked at me. I looked back at her with the same expression on my face. I picked up my phone and sent Joe a text.E: hes out?!It took him about a minute to reply. J: ya...We had been talking for the past 3 months. Nick left my house as soon as the school year was over. That was only a few weeks. After that, he went into some kind of trance. Joe told me he wouldn't talk to anyone. He just sat in his room with his guitar. He barely even showered. I was so glad to finally hear he was getting out and getting over what I did to him.E: ur not happy?!J: em...hes not like he was.E: ?My phone went off. The caller ID said Joe.E: Hey, Jo-I heard screaming. Actually, it was more yelling.
