Once Conifer Slopes began its renovation, owners wanted a tribute, and as such, created Phoenix, a flying coaster to commemorate the rebirth of this wonderful amusement park. This flier has three inversions.

Grafenegg Castle Park

Not only Schloss Grafenegg itself, but also the wide-ranging park which surrounds it is a reflection of an eventful history. Today there are more than 2000 deciduous and coniferous trees -- some of which are rare -- covering 32 hectares of land. A walk through the park is an enchanting trip through a range of picturesque scenes. Sometimes the Schloss disappears for a moment behind a wall of exotic greenery, only to return into view from an entirely new angle. Natural forest paths alternate with wide clear spaces which are inviting for a picnic. Waters such as the Mühlkamp river or a goldfish pond set the scene for contemplation. Though generally considered poisonous, Amanita muscaria is otherwise famed for its hallucinogenic properties with its main psychoactive constituent being the compound muscimol. The mushroom has had a religious significance in Siberian culture and possibly also in ancient Indian and Scandinavian cultures.
