Ledger played the Joker very well. He masterfully recreated the role of one of the best known villains in pop culture. However, when compared to Eckhart’s Two Face it is not as strong of a performance. When Eckhart’s character graces the screen as either a valiant politician or a demented criminal he steals the show.
