(The gang clamber out of the limo and walk into the school hall. It was decorated beautifully.Bright coloured balloons filled the room and drapes decorated the windows. Tables were set out with a buffett filled with appatising cakes and snacks. A DJ was blasting dance music and the dancefloor was crowded with sweating bodies jumping to the beat.)Joe: Woah! This is awesome.(he drags Kristie onto the dancefloor)Charlotte: (jelous) Come on Joshua! (drags him onto the dancefloor)Nick: Would you care to dance? (holds out his hand to Kat)Kat: I'd love to.(they walk away smitten dancing to the music)Tyler: I'm going for a drink babe.(Tyler walks away)George:Urm....wanna....wanna dance?Jodie: I thought you'd never ask!(they shuffle to the dance floor and start busting some moves)Kevin: You look nice tonight.Nikki: Kevin don't.Kevin: I'm sorry. I realise you can make your own decisions and I shouldn't judge them. As your friend I should support you.Nikki: Yeah. You should.Kevin: So I'm happy for you to have sex with Tyler. Even though you don't love him. And he doesn't deserve you. And a whole bunch of other reasons.Nikki: Kevin! Your acting like a jerk!Kevin: Forget it!(he storms away leaving Nikki alone.)She waits and looks for Tyler but when he doesn't return she goes to the dancefloor and dances with her friends.After a while dancing Tyler still hasn't returned and Nikki is becoming worried. Kevin is sulking in the corner watching Nikki closely. Nick and Kat are outside looking at the stars and Joe and Charlotte are in head-to-head mode. Cupid Shuffle comes on and Joe clears space on the dancefloor.Joe: DANCEOFF!(the crowd scream and Charlotte and Joshua are pushed into the centre. Joe starts dancing with Kristie throwing all sorts of crazy moves so Charlotte and Joshua do the same.)Joshua: What are we doing?Charlotte: Isn't it obvious. It's a danceoff.Joshua: How did this even get started?Charlotte: Who knows.Joe: Keep up Kristie!Kristie: I'm trying. I am wearing heels ya know!Joe: Are you ready for a spin?Kristie: Actually....(Joe spins her around and manages to catch her before she falls.)Joe: Wow! I'm awesome at this.(the song ends and the crowd go crazy chanting Joe's name!)Joe: Winner!Kristie: Yeah. We won!Charlotte: Who cares! (storms away)Joe: (runs after Charlotte)*Kevin is sat alone and thinks he see's Tyler. He had been absent all night and he seemed to be going down the corridoor. He decided to follow him and see what was happening*Joe: What's wrong Charlotte.Charlotte: (near tears) Isn't it obvious.Joe: Not exactly.Charlotte: Forget it! Just go dance with Kristie.Joe: Actually, she's kinda lame at dancing.(they laugh)Charlotte: I'm going to the bathroom.(she walks away and just before she gets into the bathroom Joshua drags her into a classroom)Charlotte: Woah! What's going on?Joshua: I have to speak to you Charlotte!Charlotte: Can't it wait. I really need to sort out my mascara before it runs.Joshua: No! I'm just gunna say it. I'm gay!Charlotte: (mouth drops open) WHAT?!?Joshua: I'm gay.Charlotte: Well. Cool I guess.Joshua: The next bit is worse so promise you won't get mad.Charlotte: I promise.Joshua: I was kinda using you to get closer to Joe.Charlotte: (breaths sigh of relief) I was kinda using you to make Joe jelous.Joshua: Why woud Joe be jelous.
