Fiasco #0913 - 3 More Innocent Detainees Released from Gitmo
The DoD announced today the transfer of three detainees from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Two detainees were transferred to Afghanistan and one detainee was transferred to Pakistan. These detainees were determined to be eligible for transfer following a comprehensive series of review processes.

Governors do not arm, equip, supply, train, deploy overseas, set the defense roles or mission, etc. of the national guard. Those are all federal tasks of DoD. Watch CNN rip a McCain spokesman!
