Preview: Dead Man's Party by Oingo Boingo

I am having a ton of fun with this video. It's not a pairing or serious video for once in my life, so I'm just gonna play around with my MovieMaker. (which is working like a charm I may add.)If you like the Nightmare Before Christmas (and if you don't, I have NO CLUE why you're on my page) and its music, and other classical music from Spiderman to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, then this is a little similar. It sounds totally 80's, I know. I kinda like that. This is Danny Elfman's band: Oingo Boingo. (He sings for Jack Skellington too.) Mom introduced (THANK YOU.)Anyway. I started listening to the words and i really like how it fits with xxxHOLiC, so I guess all I can say is to enjoy. ["Something Gained"] [Numb: xxxHOLiC]

Okidoki Tokidoki-dono;Anime: xxxHOLiCSong: Numb by Linkin ParkWarnings: SLIGHT/IMPLIED DouWata.I got the idea for this video from the fanfiction Something Gained:http://holic.geisha.nu/viewstory.php?sid=232THIS DESCRIPTION CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE STORY.So the video starts off with Watanuki crying, thinking of how he lost his best friend Doumeki after a major confession took place. He's depressed, but Yuuko tells him it's going to be a long time before Doumeki is reincarnated and she says she can expand Watanuki's life so that he will live for a very, very long time in his wait for Doumeki. After doing this, she suddenly leaves, and he's faced with a problem: owning the shop on his own. He thinks this whole job is his responsibility and atonement because it was partly his fault that Doumeki's life was taken.He's getting older, and he's afraid of turning out like like The Dimensional Witch herself. He reflects, missing Yuuko and Doumeki; and how the Witch left him and he feels alone and he's having a hard time. Watanuki isn't wasting any time searching for Doumeki and he's not counting on Yuuko anymore.The video ends with the reincarnated Doumeki regaining his memories, and Yuuko visits for a breif moment of time before the story folds out.DISCLAIMER: I do not own xxxHOLiC, the fanfiction Something Gained, or Numb by Linkin Park.
