No plans to do any real trading for Oct 10. I might try a few trades in the consolidation zones on the EUR/USD and USD/JPY pairs. Apart from that will be ready again Monday. Have a great weekend

As said in previous pair consolidation zone getting a bit bigger. Think I might lay back for awhile to see what’s happening. If anything I will sell at the top of the current uptrend and take small proifts…as low as $1. Yep $1!!

2 Trades - Profit: $9.30 - Pair: EUR/USD
Did two long trades in quick succession as the pair tries to test the 1.37 price level. Look for the pair to try the 1.3759 Resistance point. If this point is broken we could see the pair testing 1.3864 at which point I will be looking to go short….

1 Trade - Profit: $250.00 - Pair: EUR/USD
Ok folks EUR/USd went to 1.375 high even after we pulled for the small profit of four dollars and a few cents. Now we are up to $801. Looking to go short if the pair reaches 1.360. In the mean time will look to trade consolidation patterns…..Back tomorrow.

1 Trade - Profit: $4.20 - Pair: EUR/USD
Folks strategy was correct however sellers kept the pair from rising to 1.37 much less 1.3850. Entered the market long at 1.363290 with a limit order of 1.370 only to miss 1.3687!!! Woke up and the pair was on a down trend so cashed in for a low of $4.20 profit as the market seems defianant. See you later..

EUR/USD looks bullish for tonight Oct 7
It appears EUR/USD will be fighting its way up to 1.3850 before going to 1.370. Will be looking for a break out before I commit to going long….if not I will trade in the consolidation zones if any.

Shorting EUR/USD based on new high of 1.3609…….It appears the news out of Japan has done it’s major damage so far….keeping an eye to see if this new high for Oct 6 is tested….

1 Trade - Loss: $16.60 - Pair: EUR/USD
Ok folks this loss was due to carelessness…..as in the aforementioned post there was a break out due to news out of Japan. Even though I am trading EUR/USD the news out of Japan affected EUR/JPY which in turn had a effect on EUR/USD. Lesson? Always check to see when major news will be announced!

Made another $7 trading the consolidation zone however we are waiting to see what is happening as a break out is happening. Not sure if it will be short lived. EUR appreciating quickly...
