I haven't been disappointed.It is a full 3d movie with a high contrasted black and white render. Clearly inspired by some comic books, such as the ones from F. Miller.

The planet was a separate render, and lastly I rendered up a black & white alpha channel of the landscape. In Photoshop I brought them all together to create this final image.
