This clip is public domain and not copyright protected.During Hurricane Katrina I saw Blackwater agents and National guard troops take away the peoples second ammendment right.At the RNC and the DNC I saw Nazi soldiers (calling themselves today, law enforcement agents) of yesterday who took away the peoples first and fourth ammendment rights, some of those people also lost their fifth, sixth and eighth ammendment rights because they are alleged domestic terrorists under the patriot act.We gave up Possee Comitatus during the Los Angeles riots when our own National Gaurd was used against the people of Los Angeles, we lost Possee Comitatus again when our military was used against the Branch Davidians (yes if you know anything, you know tanks rolled into the Branch Davidians Land and chemical weapons were used against the men women and children there) Possee Comitatus prohibited the Government from using Our military against we the people.We have lost Habeus Corpus, although this could not be suspended from our Constitution, except in time of domestic uprising or a war on our soil by a foreign nation, George Bush with all his power removed it from our Constitution by Executive order, Congress did nothing to stop this, and obviously neither did we the people.I tell you people we must come together as one collective to stop the loss of our liberties before we become the new Nazi Germany. Wake up!

The U.S. Supreme Court's decision on the writ of habeus corpus for the aliens at GITMO. At least read the first eight pages of the document and see if it really is "one of the worst decisions in the history of this country". Only then can anyone make a fair judgment on McCain.
