For my fellows in the USA and elsewhere, this is a statement pronounced last sunday February the third, about the futur of Hydro-Quebec and the energy sources they will continue to use to produce electricity. At no place in the statements of André Caillé the last President of Hydro-Quebec or in the one of Tierry Vandal the actual President, a single word concerning Nuclear is mentioned. So we are keeping nuclear in Quebec for what purpose exactly we will all find out soon. For people in the states that thinks that windpower is an alternative means of energy production, Hydro-Quebec will be adding 4000 Megawatts more in the years to come to 1000 or 2000 Mw already installed, hydroelectricity power being the primary domain to continue to develop. As we are selling so mutch electricity to my friends in the US, they might as well know what is sent on the wires at this end.I was reading that Canada is snobbing other furnishers of medical isotopes in Europe, at least Quebec won't be snobbing my friends in the USA for their energy they need when they freeze or need to be cooled or extinguish fires with water. Helping my friends in US is helping us here in Quebec. Making profits only is not in my book, and if in 1979 I have been recording radioactivity coming from Pennsylvania, our nuclear plants are throwing their radioactive clouds mutch farrer than we think, so we will all have to work together and facilitate eachothers means to do so. Climate chage is at or doors, let's fight it together. S.S Serge SimardOne part done P.. I will continue,I will have a traduce clip that will be explaining what it is said in french by those two Gentlemen, the voice you will be hearing will be mine.
