Voici pour les amateurs de Chaâbi les Rush de la prestation de Abdelkader Chaou lors d'un gala.Abdelkader CHAOU Brillant Interprète de chaâbi..Né le 10 novembre 1941 à Bab Jdid à la Casbah d'Alger, il fit ses débuts à Radio - Crochet, une émission de Djillali Haddad, encourage par ses amis et ses proches, il s'inscrivit au conservatoire d'Alger, dirige à l'époque par Hadj M'hamed El Anka.Après ce passage, Chaou enregistre sa première chanson Ya dhou A yani, à Radio Alger dirigée par Mustapha Kechkoul.Grâce à l'école Mahboub Bati dont il a été un élève émérite, il a fait une percée fulgurante dans les années 70.En 1966, il fit son premier enregistrement à la Radio et deux années plus tard, il rentre au TNA avec Lamari comme salarié, participant entre autres, à un gala donné à Shiraz(Iran), très vite il se retira du TNA.En 1970, deux chansonnettes: Ghazali Goudami et Lilah wan cheftou koudami constitueront son premier disque, le grand succès viendra en 1973 avec Djah rebi ya djirani qui le fait connaître au Grand public.Par la suite, c'est la célébrité avec Mazal khatmi, Ya laâdra win moualik.
