You don;t have to like him, but you have to respect him: Kyle Busch became the first driver in NASCAR history to win three road course races with his dominating victory at Watkins Glen. All of this despite fellow driver Jeff Gordon's slam on him earlier in the week - remind me not to take stock tips from the guy. Also: a big crash near the end.

After reading about Jeff, seeing him speak to an audience was like seeing a band whose records you like play a concert for the first time. And, unlike some bands, he delivers. Jeff has been ahead of Gordon Smith in the polls but I'm still worried because Smith's campaign is so flush with corporate bribes that he can run TV & radio spots all day.

For the second time in 2008, the Sprint Cup Series heads to a road course. In June, Kyle Busch won the race at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California. Busch will be one of the favorites again this weekend at Watkins Glen.
