Well, I wrote the words for this a couple months back while I watched the lunar eclipse,and just finally got around at attempting to put them to music tonight,rather this morning.Hope u like!!!Lunar Eclpise~Jon StreichI saw Saturn tonight when she peeped out her head,as the moon tucked itself in behind the su to get away from the wind for awile.......and the wind said..."You can't hide from me now orr ever but do as you must,I'll catch you on the flipside when the sun goes away and keep stirring up the dust for I'm always around and I sure ain't afraid of no sun",and I stood in the cold but had to get warmso I fixed up a whiskey and silly old me almost stuck my face in a cactus,and my toes were so froze but I had to return for one last look,and the whiskey kicked in and I could feel my feet agian,so I headed back into the cold for one last look,and the that silly old moon looked just like an orange,and Saturn just spun and soon the whole world went back to normal and the sun went away until the morning....lalalalalala!!!!!!Enjoy!!

So, looking toward the Sun, extreme ultraviolet cameras onboard STEREO B were able to record a stunning movie of a lunar transit (aka solar eclipse), as the Moon tracked across the solar disk. Each frame of the movie is a false-color composite of images made through four different filters that highlight temperature regimes and structures in the upper solar atmosphere. In this frame, large bright active regions, seen as dark sunspots in visible light, flank the Moon's silhouetted disk. The Moon appears small, less than 1/4th the size seen from Earth, because the spacecraft-Moon separation is over four times the Earth-Moon distance. Tonight, the Moon will find itself in planet Earth's shadow in a total lunar eclipse.

On my Moon UFO video some have posted that the object is a airplane so tonight I shot the moon hoping to get an airplane on camera. I did so now we can compare this footage I shoot of a airplane crossing the moon Vs the UFO crossing the moon in my other video. The airplane left a smoke trail behind it in this footage. No such trail in the UFO footage. I will link this video to the UFO video.

These are personal Pictures taken by me tonight, Feb 20th, 2008 during the Lunar Eclipse. I used a Kodak 5.0 mp Camera and an 8" Newtonian Reflector Telescope. I am located in Southeast Missouri and we had a beautiful and clear night tonight. Please enjoy the pictures. Some may be a bit blurry, I do apologize, but they are still amazing.

The Earth's shadow will begin to travel across the moon's surface from left to right at 8:42 p.m. Total eclipse is to last from 10 p.m. to 10:51 p.m., with the moon emerging from shadow at 12:09a.m. And don't forget to digg this up so more people hear about it!
