This is a horror story about Oakwood Homes. Oakwood Homes of Wilkesboro North Carolina Sold a family a manafactured home, The home was built by Shult homes which is also owned and operated by Clayton Homes aka CMH of Maryville TN. Like many if not most people who purchase a mobile or modular home, It was a pure nightmare. They give buyers a years warranty, however, they seem to have ways of putting off fixing or repairing the home within the first year and then leave the home owner helpless, living in a piece of crap. This is Clayton, Oakwood Homes way of doing business. If you have already purchased a home from this Oakwood Homes owned by Clayton Homes, then you probably already know the horrible truth of doing business with them.
