أهل السنة يحتفلون بمولدhttp://www.sunna.info/ !أهل السنة يحتفلون بمولد من أرسله الله رحمة للعالمينالحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى ءاله وصحبه الطيبين الطاهرين وبعد. فإن الاحتفال بذكرى مولد سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم الذي أرسله الله رحمة للعالمين بقراءة شىء من القرءان وذكر شىء من الشمائل النبوية الشريفة أمر فيه بركة وخير عظيم إذا خلا هذا الاحتفال عن أصناف البدع القبيحة التي لا يستحسنها الشرع الشريف . وليعلم أن تحليل أمر أو تحريمه إنما هو وظيفة المجتهد كالإمام مالك والشافعي وأبي حنيفة وأحمد بن حنبل رضي الله عنهم وعن سائر السلف الصالح ، وليس لأي شخص ألّف مؤلفاً صغيراً أو كبيراً أن يأخذَ وظيفة الأئمة الكرام من السلف الصالح فيُحلل ويحرّم دون الرجوع إلى كلام الأئمة المجتهدين المشهود لهم بالخيرية من سَلف الأمة وخلَفها، فمَن حرم ذكر الله عز وجل وذكر شمائل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في يوم مولده عليه السلام بحجة أن النبي عليه السلام لم يفعله فنقول له : هل تحرّم المحاريب التي في المساجد وتعتقد أنها بدعة ضلالة ؟! وهل تحرّم جمع القرءان في المصحف ونقطه بدعوى أن النبي لم يفعله ؟! فإن كنتَ تُحرّم ذلك فقد ضيقتَ ما وسع الله على عباده من استحداث أعمال خير لم تكن على عهد الرسول، فقد قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " مَن سَنّ في الإسلام سُنةً حسَنَةً فلَهُ أجرُها وأجْرُ مَن عَملَ بها بعده من غير أنْ ينقُصَ من أُجورهم شىء " رواه الإمام مسلم في صحيحه ، وقال سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه بعدما جمع الناس على إمام واحد في صلاة التراويح : " نِعْمَ البدعة هذه " رواه الإمام البخاري في صحيحه. ومن هنا قال الإمام الشافعي رضي الله عنه :"المُحدثـات من الأمور ضربان أحدُهما : ما أُحدث مما يُخالفُ كتابـاً أو سُنةً أو أثراً أو إجماعاً ، فهذه البدعة الضـلالة ، والثانيـة : ما أُحدثَ من الخير لا خلاف فيه لواحد من هذا ، وهذه مُحدثةٌ غير مذمومة ". رواه الحافظ البيهقي في كتاب " مناقب الشافعي " ج 1 ص 469. ومَن شاءَ فلينظُر ما ذكرَهُ الحافظ ابن حجر العسقلاني رحمه الله من " أن الاحتفال بالمولد النبوي الشريف بدعةٌ حسنة" ولا تصحُ فتوى من أفتى بأن الاحتفالَ بذكرى المولد بدعةٌ محرمةٌ لما تقدم من الأدلة ومثل ذلك ذكرَ العلماء الذين تُعْتَمَدُ فتواهم كالحافظ ابن دحية والحافظ العراقي والحافظ السخاوي والحافظ السيوطي والشيخ ابن حجر الهيتمي والشيخ محمد بخيت المطيعي مفتي الديار المصرية الأسبق والشيخ مصطفى نجا مفتى بيروت الأسبق وغيرهم كثير ، ولا عبرة بكلام من أفتى بخلاف قولهم لأنه ليس كلام مجتهد ، والعبرة إنما هي بما وافق كلام العلماء المعتبرين ، والأصل في الأشياء الإباحة ما لم يرد التحريم ، ودين الله يُسْرٌ وليسَ بعُسْرٍ ، والله الهادي إلى سبيل الرشاد نسأل الله أن يجمعنا وإياكم على نشر الخير ويفيض علينا من بركات النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. ءامين ---------------------------------------- -----------------------------------ليعْلَم أنَّه لا دَليل حَقِيْقيٌّ يَدلُّ على عَدَمِ جَواز التوسل بالانبياء والاولياء في حَالِ الغَيْبة أو بَعْدَ وفَاتِهم بدَعْوى أنَّ ذَلكَ عِبَادة لغَيْرِ الله، لأنَّهُ لَيْسَ عِبادَةً لغَيْرِ الله مُجَرَّدُ النّداءِ لحَيّ أو مَيّتٍ ولا مُجَرَّدُ التعظيم ولا مُجرَّدُ الاستغاثة بغير الله، ولا مُجَرَّدُ قصد قبر ولي للتبرك، ولا مُجرَّدُ طلب ما لم تجر به العادة بينَ النَّاسِ، ولا مُجرَّدُ صِيغَةِ الاستعانة بغَيرِ الله تَعالى، أي لَيْسَ ذلكَ شِرْكًا لأنَّهُ لا يَنْطبِقُ علَيْهِ تَعْرِيفُ العبادة عِنْدَ اللُّغَوِيّيْنَ، لأنَّ العِبَادةَ عِنْدَهُم الطَّاعةُ معَ الخُضوعِالدليل على جواز التوسل برسول الله بعد وفاته فيؤخذ أيضا من حديث عثمان بن حنيف الذي رواه الطبراني وصححه فإن فيه أنه علم رجلا هذا الدعاء الذي فيه توسل برسول الله لأنه كان له حاجة عند سيدنا عثمان بن عفان في خلافته وما كان يتيسر له الاجتماع به حتى قرأ هذا الدعاء، فتيسر أمره بسرعة وقضى له سيدنا عثمان بن عفان حاجتهرَوى البيهقي بإسناد صَحِيح عن مالك الدار وكانَ خازن عمر قالَ: أصاب الناس قحط في زمان عمر فجاء رجل إلى قبر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: يا رسول الله استسق لأمتك فَإنَّهُم قَدْ هلكوا فأتي الرجل في المنام فقِيْلَ لَهُ: أقرىء عمر السلام وأخبره أنهم يسقون، وقُلْ لَهُ: عليك الكيس الكيس. فأَتَى الرجل عمر فأَخْبرَهُ، فَبكَى عمر وقَالَ: يا رَبّ مَا ءَالُو إلا مَا عَجَزْتُ. وقَد جاءَ في تَفْسِيرِ هذَا الرجل أنّهُ بلال بن الحارث المزني الصحابي. فما حصل من هذا الصحابي استغاثة وتوسل. وبهذا الأثر يبطل أيضًا قول الوهابية إن الاستغاثة بالرسول بعد وفاته شرك
