Former "Biggest Loser" contestant Isabeau Miller has become a personal trainer in Nashville, Tennessee to help others attain the weight loss and fitness changes that she did on the popular NBC-TV hit reality show. This video series documents http://www.livinlavidalowcarb.com blogger and YouTuber Jimmy Moore as he goes through the two-week FitCamp running from August 17-31, 2008.In Episode 8, we had one of the FitCamp participants Michelle from Boston join us in the studio to talk about the first half of our afternoon session with Isabeau Miller in Day 4. We talked about the brutal exercise routine she put us through in a joint session today. We thought we were gonna do our traditional one hour of cardio and one hour of circuit training with Isabeau, but she switched it up on us today. As you will see in this video, it wasn't a walk in the park by any means. And Episode 9 will show Part 2 of this afternoon workout with Isabeau where the tears were flowing. DON'T MISS THAT ONE!
