The 2009 Yukon XL Denali is equipped with a 6.2L V8 engine leveraging 403 hp and 417 lb-ft of torque. The XL Denali has the new standard 6-speed automatic transmission that is included across the board and comes with either a 2- or all-wheel-drive system. Fuel economy for the Denali is 12 mpg city /19 mpg hwy and14 mpg combined.
