Whether you think this is all some science fiction movie or what. I suggest you take a good long look at what's important to you. When that becomes jeopardized maybe this will all make sense...and maybe after all, these "crazy's" weren't lying but actually preaching the truth.

Even though what we are experiencing with the economy is on a global scale, I believe it sets the stage for the United States to partner with Canada and Mexico to form a North American Union just as the EU did. From the article: Supporters of the plan say letting more Mexican trucks on U.S. highways will ultimately save American consumers hundreds of millions of dollars. TX- Last week the TTC Commissioner, after being lambasted by the Sunset Advisory Commission, announced the end of the NAFTA Superhighway as then proposed. They would use "existing resources". Today TxDOT announced a HUGE new version, complete with TEN NEW TOLL ROADS! The TX Transportation Commission & TxDOT are out of control! This has to STOP!

The Texas Department of Transportation announced that a project paralleling I-69 (considered to be part of the NAFTA Superhighway System) will be built along existing highway facilities, not through any area that would necessitate massive land-grabbing. the NASCO, anti-free enterprise bunch, lost this one.
