The bailout plan promoted by President Bush and Secretary of the Treasury Paulsen is not being used to help businesses on Main Street. Instead it is being used to allow Wall Street banks to buy up smaller banks. The Wall Street banks are not only using taxpayer dollars, they are getting billions of dollars in tax breaks to do so.
