Steve Bingham, aka subpopstar as he’s known on flickr, is a Kansas City photographer who recently had one of his photos used by The Pitch without his permission. Even though the paper was contacted on July 3rd ad admitted the error, they still have not added any type of attribution to the online version of the story… something they could easily do.
