I recieved a call fom BMW Customer Support late yesterday reminding me that my 2007 GS needed to have 2 recalls completed. I recently signed up for verizon and was promised $300 in gift cards for doing so, a $100 verizon card, and two $100 Best Buy cards. I received my $100 verizon gift card in the mail but that was it so I call back and I am told I should never have gotten any cards to begin with! The supervisor refuses to give me the cards and blows me off!
