Shootout that took place on Nov 12, 2008. This footage was shoot from a terrace about 400 meters away. As usual, the Policial Federal and Traficantes of the Favela Pavaozinho don't agree on who should be in charge of the city. I suppose this is one way to resolve their issues. 4 dead, many injured.
