Video and photos of a stormchase to Harvard IL on January 7, 2008. The rare winter tornado first hit Poplar Grove IL, causing major damage then approached north of Harvard on Rt 14 (mistaken as HWY 23 in the video). The tornado then flipped a semi over and the chase team assisted in helping the driver out of his truck.
