Yes you are okay? *Walks down stairs*Kevin: Ahem! *Steps in front of Joe before he can get to the back door* What is that?Joe: *Quickly* nothing! Uh.. .. laundry! Kevin: yeah. *Sarcastically* because ALL laundry *Grabs Adams hand* has hands. *Cocks and eyebrow*Joe: *Sighs* Kevin: *Takes Adam and takes all of the sweaters off of him* go play. *Puts him down*Adam: *Giggles* Tay! When I first started writing this song I wanted it to be about ugly things that occur in our world, or something controversial (i.e., world hunger, war, death penalty, abortion, global warming, child abuse, etc.) of one or more of the listed above. But it seems to me that one stuck out to me so I read a few articles on war and how it's effected families specifically. So I wrote a song about two lovers. She stays at home and dreads his time away, knowing he's not safe at war. You could also look at it as a mother missing her son who's gone to war. Either way I decided to make a tribute to those who miss their loved ones at war and want them back in their arms.
