I Yepled In Pain As His Hand Slapped against My Bar Leg I saw Fire In His Eyes He Was Furious and He Was Drunk The Hot Tears Continued To Roll Down My Face as He Tourched Me With His Belt Slapping Me In My face He Was my Own Father Actually He Grabbed my Hair Between His Fingers and Slammed My Face Into the concret of The Fllor He Laughed as The Blood Ran Across The Floor I Lay There Uncoisius Or Thats What He Thought When He Walked Away I stood Up and Ran To The Window i placed My hands On The seal Then Jumped OutOf It And Ran Next Door I was Trying Very hardly Not to Scream The Pain Was outrageous I grabbed A Hand Full Of Pebbles And Through Them Fiercly at The Small Window 1 Floor Up I saw That Boy With he Gorgous Curls Stick His Head Out His Eyes Were Sparkleing Due to The street lights He was smileing But The smile Quickly Fadded when He saw The Blood RUnning Down My Face He Looked Shocked Scared and Furious He ran down Stairs carrying Warm water towels and a First add Kid He burst through the door and Hugged Me Rocking Back and forward and I wimpered and sobbed into his shoulder he felt the warm blood staining through His White Sweat Shirt he pulled away quickly and Garbed One Of The Towels and Wet with The Warm watter he squeezed it till It Was Damp and Started Patting My Head With It When It Got Numb From The Pain and Warmness "Ok Please whip off The blood Its bothering me." I Wimpered softly He Looked at me With curious Eyes "Its Numb It Wont Hurt." I whispered reasureing him He Nodded His head slowly and Gently Whiped Off all The Bloode From The Gash That My Own Father had Banged Through my head When It was Clean He Rubbed Some Acohol On It I Yelped He Hugged My "Im sorry I thought It was Numb."He Whispered softly and Nervously In my ear He laid his head down on my shoulder I felt His Hot Breath Run Over My neck Wich Was Freezing Due to the fact It was Snowing It sent Shivers up my spine every Breath He took "It..Its Ok." I studdered He Raised His Head off and Smiled then Continued To Cleanse it With The Acohol Then He Reached Into The Little Box WIth A Red Cross On The fornt and Grabbed a Little Blue Cloth he Placed It On The Gash and Then Placed One Of Those Big bandaids Over The Cloth He Looked at My arms there were Chill bumps running all over them He looked Down To make Sure He was wearing something Warm He was He was Wearing A White Sweat Shirt and some Pj pants He Put All The First aid Stuff back into The Box and Into His Pockets He Poured Out The Warm Water and Sat The Container onto The pourch The Walked Over To Me And Put One Arm Around My Shoulders and the other one wrapped Around The Back Of My Knees as He Picked Me Up and Carried Me Into His House With The Towels On My Lap He Carried Me Up To His Room and Layed Me Down On His Bed and Sat Beside Me "Babe What Happened???" He asked I looked Into His Eyes as The Tears started To Fill Mine and His were full Of Consern I sat Up And Straddled Him sitting Down His Lap Then Placeing My Head On His Shoulder"My Dad He Was Drunk He Slapped Me And Hit me With His Belt Then He Banged My Head into The Floor Thats Why It Had A Gash InIt. Then When He Thought I was Out Cold He Walked Away and I Came Over Here." I said Softly I looked Up at His Face His Eyes Were Teary and His Face showed sorrow and Hate at The same Time He Looked Down At me With a seroius Yet soft and Sorrow Filled face "We Have To Turn Him In." He managed To get Out He New What Was Coming Next "Noooo Nick Hes My Daddy!!!!!! I Dont Wanna Be Responceable For Him Getting Into Jail!!" I Yelled He Wrapped His Arms Around My waist And Stood Up I Kicked and screamed "Nonononononnonnononononon!!!!!!!!!!" He just Placed His Hand On The Back of My head leading onto his chest Then He Fell Back Onto His Bed I kicked and screamed Again Then I stopped and Just let The Tears Fall I New it Was The RIght Thing To Do But He was The Man Who Raised Me Maybe Not The Best way but He gave Me Food clothes and A Roof to stay under!
