(Gloria)"At least change into something appealing for tonight, please?" I rolled my eyes and kept watching the tv, while Tim shook his head and muttered something about women and PMSing...Men. "When Joe comes over to pick you up, I dont see you lying on the couch, with your sweats and old tank top on" Tim complained. "When Sarah comes over, I dont see you dressing up." I sat up, and looked at Tim, "Why should this be any different?" "Becuase," Tim got up, "She's meeting you, and this is an official meet my family dinner." The doorbell rang. I ran to get the door, Tim grabbing my elbow, but he was too late. I had already opened the door. Sarah stod in front of me, and Tim was right. She was drop dead gourgeous. I wanted her to drop dead. Not only was she gourgeous, but she was cheating on Kevin and my brother. And every time I decided to tell Tim, something came up. Padfoot ran down the stairs, and began barking at her feet. She bent down to pet him, but he snapped at her hand. I stifled a laugh, but let a small smirk form on my lips. Tim wrapped his arm around her waist and led her to the kitchen. I bent down and picked up Pads, "Good boy." I said quitely.When I entered the kitchen, Sarah was already sitting at the table, looking around the kitchen nonchalantly. I sat right across from her, and forced a smile. "I saw you hanging out with Kevin the other day." I said, an innocent tone to my voice. "Do you two know each other?"Sarah flinched when I said Kevin's name. Gotcha. "Yes, we've been friends for a long time." She smiled, flashing a set of perfectly white teeth. My eyes had to squint in order to still see her. She pulled her long blonde hair back, her brown eyes filled with suspicion. "My daddy," She continued, I didnt notice that Tim was sitting next to her," knows some people that could get them with some record labels. You do know that they have their own band?" Yes. I did know that, thank you very much. Joe showed me when he took me to his place and that was when we first kissed. Tim was shocked. "Glor? You never told me that! Woah. That's really cool!" I nodded stifly. This was harder than I thought. If I told Tim that Sarah was cheating on him, I would have to tell Kevin, and knowing Kevin, he wouldnt want to see her again...and that would be the end of their career. Crap. Padfoot whined, and I remebered that I hadnt let him out eariler. I excused myself and went out the back door. I heard Sarah say something quickly, and I heard her chair squeak. I could hear her light footsteps following me, and as I closed the door, she caught it quickly and stood next to me, following Padfoot with her gaze. She turned on me, her friendly smile gone. "You say one word to Tim and remeber, your boyfriends little band, is history." I glared back, "Who knew a blonde could be so smart? Oh wait. Your not. Becuase I can tell Tim and Kevin after they've already got the record label to sign them. And they'll be so popular, that the record label wont even think about dropping them." Sarah laughed. "Didnt you know? My daddy owns the record label...and I get whatever I want." Tim walked out into the patio, "Hey guys. It's getting sorta chilly outside, and I was wondering if you wanted to come back in..." I think he noticed how me and Sarah were glaring at each other. I smiled at Tim, "Sure. I think I'm gonna call Joe though, I wanted to see this movie, and I know you two want your space..." I nodded in Sarah's direction. "Thanks for the help about my pores...oh, and Tim?" I looked at Tim, "Try not to blow in her ear, she might forget everything that happend tonight." A/N: I am so sorry for making you guys wait this long!! Ugh. I feel horrible. But, this one took me about an hour to write, and I had to write it about 3 times...RUMOR ALERT! Kentucky Representative Tim Couch filed a bill this week to make anonymous posting online illegal. The bill would require anyone who contributes to a website to register their real name, address and e-mail address with that site.
