I wrote this track a few years ago for anyone who has ever had their heart broken (that probably means everyone!)this was the first ballad/love song i'd ever written at that time as i normally produce dance music.unlike most dance music producers im actually a proper musician/writer and have worked with so many artists over the years in studios all over the UK so i guess its inevitable im gonna draw influence somewhere!as well as producing/writing this song, i also played all the instruments and sang it too, although im the first to admit im not actually a singer, but it seems to work in my song because it comes across as genuine and not vocally technical,and also i wanted to sing it in a way that anyone could literally sing it.i will be looking at releasing this track with the help of everyone who listens to my song and (hopefully you guys out there like it) maybe i can generate enough interest and make it available for download on itunes etc.ive had this song sitting gathering dust on my hard drive in my studio since 2005 and people who have heard it have been blown away by its simplicity and emotion, their words not mine! loli think its time everyone heard it now, its just ive been caught up in my dance music projects and remixes for so long now that it kinda got left behind!but i listened to it the other day for the first time in like 2 years and though OMG i need to do something with this track...so here it is, i really hope you all enjoy it as much as i enjoyed making it those years ago, but please make sure you have some kleenexe handy! once again thank you for listeing and reading my rant and please feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think! :)regardsRick
