The juice will yield a sweet wine, but a triad entrepreneur couldn't care less about the juice. He wants the grape skins. "It's what Mother Nature put in it, with all its antioxidants. We've been able to capture and preserve it with our patented process," says Robert Dalton, president of Muscadine Naturals. That process yields a dietary supplement, sold under the brand name Vinetra. "Scientists are telling us, it's good for everyone, in particular the seniors. There's a lot of research going on involving cardiovascular disease and now cancer." Some of that research is happening at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
