Snake River, Alpine Wyoming. I was in this boat. We made it over the first 2 waves but got sideways on the third. 4 of us got dumped out & sucked under for a few seconds and then spit out into the eddys on the side. My cousin was left to take the boat down the rest of the rapids by herself.

Hello everyone.After 5 months without training, I decided to go for a little dunk session yesterday (on a 9'11 rim).At the beginning, I was afraid of losing a bit of my vertical leap even if I started the novice strenght and plyo program of the VJB (Vertical Jump Bible).But when I started to jump, I found that my vertical leap was the same or even greater than the previous one, 5 months ago !I'll let you check this watching this video, with some NEW dunks I didn't do before (180, 360 with one foot - has to be improved, it was the first - , Off the Backboard Dunk...).Hope you'll enjoy this.I'm going to work on new dunks soon : Self Alley Oop 180 and 360 Dunk, Self Alley oop 2 handed Dunk, 360 (off 1 and both legs) and maybe Off the Backboard 180 Dunk.I'll work also the between the legs dunk, but that's not the priority for now (very difficult!)Thanks for Watching, and don't be too hard, I'm not a member of the TFB or flying101, just an amator 6'3 white man dunker ^^Peace !
