A 'British' Jonas Brothers Story Chapter 3

Chapter 3Kevin took no time at all to get to Rachel's house (after all she only lived down the road.) He knocked on the door, there was no answer, he knocked again a bit louder, nothing. 'She can't have gone out' he thought but then a voice came from round the side of the house "Hey hun!" he turned and saw his girlfriend running towards him arms outstretched. He caught her in his arms and lifted her, after all his worrying he forgot how beautiful she was. "Can we go up to your room? I have something to tell you," he said gravely. Rachel's smile faltered but answered anyway, "yeah sure," she grabbed his hand and took him round where she had just come from, led him into her garden and through her back door. Kevin was dreading this with every step he took, what would her reaction be? He looked up and realised that they were already in her room and she was sat on the end of her bed staring at him. He sat down beside her and took her hand, 'right...here it goes' he thought. He didn't know where to start, she was making him nervous as her startling blue eyes never wavered from his, she just sat there silent, waiting. "Rachel...?" he decided it was best not to beat around the bush, "I'm......moving to England."Meanwhile at home Joe went racing upstairs after hearing a deafening crash from Nick's bedroom. He ran along the hall and into Nick's door *BANG* Joe had collided with Nick's locked door and repelled backwards onto the floor, wow! That hurt! rubbing his now damaged head, he got up and knocked on Nick's door "Nick let me in what are you..." Nick had appeared in mid knock "what?" he said sulkily, it looked like he had been crying 'he's taking this really hard' Joe thought looking at his tearstained face. "I heard a bang from your room and wonde....what the....?! He stopped in mid-sentence as he looked past Nick and into his bedroom, there were bits of splintered wood everywhere. Nick tried to block him but Joe forced his way in completely shocked, "but....Nick....that's your....er....your " Joe couldn't think what to say, Nick sighed and spoke in barely a whisper "I'm giving up, the one thing that makes me happy isn't making me happy anymore so what's the point I'm never going to be in England so why lie to myself." Joe just stared at him in disbelief, "I don't understand....Nick that's your life...your soul....that's your....your.....guitar!" Nick shuffled his feet as he stared down at them, "I giving up," he repeated, "I'm obviously started a new life in England, what's the point trying to keep the past when we're leaving it behind," a single tear fell down his cheek as he finished his last sentence. Joe came to his senses and walked to his brothers side, "no matter what happens I'll be there for you, we're have each others backs and nothing will change that..." Joe looked down at his brothers face as new tears spilled down his face, "....everything's going to be fine, I promise," at that them last words he took Nick into a one armed hug and ruffled his bushy hair, Nick mumbled a thanks and walked to his bed and sat down. "I'll be in my room," said Joe simply, he wondered whether Kevin was in any better shape than Nick was...."Your....moving?! Said Rachel quietly as Kevin stared down at their intertwined hands. "Yes..." he whispered, "...tonight." He looked up as Rachel's eyes filled with tears, "but...but....tonight?!.....why didn't you tell me when you found out!" she stammered as tears cascaded down her cheeks. Kevin lifted both of his hands up to her face and wiped away some of her tears, "I was scared....I was just....kidding myself that my parents would change their minds about moving....and I...left it too late," he said whilst wiping a single tear from his eye. Rachel had her hands over her face, shaking with renewed sobs. "Hey come here," he pulled her close to him and hugged her with all the emotion he had. "I will never...see you again," she sounded muffled as she put her face into his neck, "what?! I think...." Kevin was cut off, " we can't continue this relationship Kevin and I don't think I want to if I don't get to see you..." saying this just tipped her over the edge and clung onto him as more tears flowed down her cheeks onto his shirt. He didn't want to agree but he knew she was right, tears spilled from his eyes. They sat there scared to let each other go knowing that the time would come when they would never see each other again...--------------------------------------woah! whats gonna happen next? drama haha! i love it really. please comment and rate xxxxxxxxx
